ART COURSES
for children

Learn to Draw – Portraits, Animals, Cartoons & Comics
A fun, practical course for children who want to really learn how to draw. We work step by step with proportions, shapes and expressions, and try out portraits, animals, cartoon characters, comics and caricatures. The focus is on concrete drawing skills – so children can see their own progress and feel proud of what they create.

Abstract Art – Discover Beauty in "Happy Accidents"
In this course, children explore abstract painting and drawing: colours, shapes and lines that don't have to "look like something". We play with chance, layers and surprising combinations – a bit like in life, where unexpected things can become something beautiful. The aim is to awaken real creativity, playfulness, imagination and even a bit of philosophical reflection: What do I see? What do I feel? What could this be?

Print Your Own T‑Shirts & Fabric Bags
Here children learn a concrete, hands-on technique: designing and cutting their own stencils and printing them on T‑shirts and fabric bags. We experiment with colours, patterns, texts and small drawings, and also learn how to paint and write directly on fabric. Each child goes home with unique, self‑designed pieces they can wear or give as gifts.

for adults
A creativity course for adults – no experience needed !
This course is for you if you long for more presence, playfulness and inner calm – and a place where you can simply be yourself, exactly as you are.
The sessions offers a space to slow down, let go of performance, and enter a meditative, creative flow. Through abstract drawing and painting, you are invited to explore colour, line and form without any demand. You don't need talent or previous experience – only curiosity.
We work intuitively and playfully, following what appears in the here and now. The focus is on the process rather than the result: how it feels to create, what happens inside when you let your hand move freely, and what your images might say about your inner world. We share our reflections in a safe, non‑judgmental way, and use the creative process as a gentle, therapeutic method to be more honest, authentic and free in expression.
Research shows that using the hands in creative processes supports self‑regulation and self‑reflection. To deepen this, we also include simple movement between creative sessions – small exercises to keep the body soft, awake and attentive to sensations, emotions and anything new that appears.
